How We Intervene & Equip For Success in One Term
A proven 3-step intervention framework that ensure your child passes their subject of concern.
Week 1
Identify the risk and stabilise the direction
In the first phase of the term, we assess why the student is at risk of failing the subject. This includes reviewing recent assessments and identifying gaps in understanding.
The focus is on establishing what must change immediately to prevent further decline and create a term long plan.
Week 2-9
Targeted Tutoring Intervention & Skill Development
Sessions focus on filling knowledge gaps, staying on top of current content, and producing high-quality assessment work.
Students are also supported in developing strong study habits, time management, and more effective approaches to school-based tasks.
Week 10
Review & Forward Planning For Continued Success
The final session will review progress made across the term and identify what has changed in the student’s approach and performance.
A clear continuation and contingency plan is then created to guide how future assessments, workload, and subject challenges are handled independently.
